Downtown OrlandoBelieve it or not but Orlando does have a downtown. Many visitors think of Orlando as Themeparks and Alligators but behind all this there is a city thats great for nightlife. Downtown Orlando consists of four primary areas. At the North there is Uptown which is near Lake Ivanhoe.Eola towards the east is beside Lake Eola. Heading west is Parramore which is home to Orlando Magic and then theres the Central Business District which is between Colonial Drive and Lake Lucerne. Church Street Station in Downtown Orlando is one of the most popular nightspots to visit in the city. Similar to Pleasure Island it hosts plenty of good dining and live entertainment options. You pay at the gate and can then explore the different venues as you please. You'll also be able to shop at the stunning Church Street Exchange Shopping Emporium. This features over 50 shops and restaurants.
