Jungala At Busch Garden's Tampa
In 2008 Busch Garden's in Tampa opened it's latest adventure in the Conga region of the park called Jungala. Jungala is a whole new area covering 4 acre's and feature's many new exciting attraction's including Jungle Flyer's. Jungle Flyer's is an amazing zip line ride for children aged from 6 to 13 year's old. You'll feel like a bird soaring above the wildlife below including the endangered Bengal Tiger.
Wild surge is a free fall tower ride, similar to Doctor Doom's Fear fall in Island's of adventure, but with a far less extreme experience.
As well as the ride's at Jungala it also feature's some new animal exhibit's.
- Orangutan Outpost - The comical Orangutan can be seen here keeping kid's and adult's amused at their hilarious antic's. You'll be able to watch them from the tree top's as they play around on the rope's and hammock's in their habitat
- Kulu Canopy - The very large and striking fruit bat's can be seen here along with other unusual animal's
- Tiger Lodge - Discover the live's and wonder's of this fearsome creature. You'll be able to hear story's from the people that actually work with these animal's
- Tiger Trail - Climb through tiger tunnel's or even have a tug of war with one of these mighty creature's. That's one to right home about
Kid's love to climb and at Jungala they'll be able to climb as much as they like. A three story adventure climbing arena with rope bridge's and other interactive activities' await's them.
It's also a chance to cool down in this area as jet's of refreshing water sometime's spring out at you when you least expect it.
Jungala is a lively family fun area where music and performer's are never to far away.
Two new restaurant's are in Jungala
- Bengal Bistro - Salad's, fish and wrap's are a few of the delight's on offer here. Outdoor seating is available if desired
- Orang Cafe - You'll be able to watch the Orangutan's as you eat here (or are they watching you)
Jungala is a fun new area of Busch Gardens which will be a sure hit with the younger visitor's.
